Cadbury's Acknowledges Big Brother Gorilla Anniversary

Cadbury's Dairy Milk's iconic Gorilla ad was aired with a new twist following the announcement of this year's Big Brother winner.

The ad, originally accompanied by Phil Collins' In the Air Tonight and aired in the final of Big Brother 8 just over a year ago, was remixed with another 80s classic, Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. This was first done on You Tube, below:



Gorilla was immediately followed by its sequel (what else?), Truck, remixed over Bon Jovi's Living on a Prayer, instead of Queen's Don't Stop Me Now. Again, You Tube was the inspiration, below:



Big Brother was surprisingly won by Welsh teacher Rachel Rice ahead of favourite, blind Scot Mikey. I found the Cadbury stunt far more interesting than anything the interviewees had to say in this year's final. But maybe that's just me.
