Dani Behr Watch - Day Five

I largely tuned out for a lot of last night's first I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here of 2009. I was in the same room, but not in sight of the TV.

There were still a few notable things I came away from it with, though. Obviously, I watched Dani Behr's Bushtucker Trial, when she edged out Joe Cole's poor missus Carly Zucker by the smallest margin, sending her plummeting into the abyss. You can see this below.

I say poor Carly because from what I was aware of, Robert Kilroy-Silk, in the absence of an easier target, has decided to pick on her relentlessly. I can't see the guy coming out of this with any credit whatsoever if he continues to be such a nob.

The highlight of listening to the show rather than watching it was the mellifluous George Takei, whose website has his opinions on Proposition 8 (in appalling English, might I add), and whose voice could rock the fiercest insomniac to sleep. He should be given Russell Brand's vacant slot on BBC Radio 2. If they want to go back to their roots, and tick lots of boxes, a 71-year-old, gay, Japanese-American actor with a voice to launch a thousand ad campaigns is surely the answer.

In the meantime, here's a gratuitous picture of 'former lads' mag favourite' Dani Behr.
