You Tube putting title and rating on embedded videos - when did this happen?

I noticed this morning that You Tube continue to mess about with their embedded videos. First they added a Search Box, now they are now putting the title and rating of a video as a caption across the top of the box. Very odd, and not even a little bit of point in it.

  1. Gotta agree with you. This feature is very annoying. Google would love it if people made better videos, yet Google's tampering with the embed only makes them look more sloppy and amateurish.

  2. Good news. You can now remove it:
simply add "&showinfo=0" to the embed code.
