Playmobil Founder Hans Beck RIP

The Father of Playmobil, Hans Beck, has died aged 79 following a serious illness. Playmobil was very much secondary to Lego round ours, but it is a worldwide phenomenon, having exported 2.2 billion figures to 70 countries worldwide.

This also gives me an excuse to post this excellent Michael Jackson Playmobil figure.

    A sad day indeed. Used to love Playmobil. Glad I didn't have the Michael Jackson one tho!
